There are many workers who feel that they are not paid properly though they do their job. This is true when it comes to the field of nursing. They suffer a lot during their training. During their training they work 8 hours a day and 5 days a week and they receive not payment. All of this is just a part of accumulating experience and completing their training. But as a nurse you have to follow this and you have to be willing to undergo this different training program that is part of your course.
And once you are through with this training you will start to work as a nursing assistant. You usually get a basic salary and this is not quite appealing. This is true especially if you have a lot of things to pay like your food, bills and student loans. And if you have all of this as part of your expenses you find it that your salary is not enough to sustain a living in these modern days.
But of course you will not stay with that certain level of salary because the more experience you accumulates your salary increases proportionally. The more work you do the more you gain salary. And as you become a full-pledge licensed nurse, you will get a better salary that you are dreaming of. And you are sure that you can now afford to live with a higher level of lifestyle in the society.
Aside from that, there are many hospitals that show appreciations to those nursing assistant. They usually show it through extra bonus as you become a long term worker. Sometimes there are facilities that come with a package when you sign up for a job with them. They include living accommodations, free meals, health insurance and a lot more.
Being a nurse is a noble profession because of the responsibilities and commitment that they have. And they also experience a different kind of fulfillment because they can help in saving lives and giving them another chance to live here on earth. With this alone you can feel very satisfied with the profession that you have. A nurse is more on a responsibility than a career.
So if you are going to decide to be a nurse, you have to be sure that you are ready to give your best in doing all the responsibilities. And also see for yourself if you are ready to commit yourself in giving service to others especially those who needs medical attention.
